About Little River
Little River was founded during the best year ever - 2020.
Wesley & Anthony
Wes and Anthony met in college and immediately made a very cool medieval short film. They haven't stopped collaborating on film and documentary projects since.
Their desire to elevate production value and work together professionally led them to the world of film lighting.
Since then, they have worked commercials, short films, music videos, Hollywood films (such as the Academy Award-winning American Fiction) and continue to independently produce documentaries.
Wesley Cannon
Owner / Operator
When he's not gripping or hiking some mountain for one of Anthony's 16mm experimental films, he's boating around the Great Marsh, working on his 1986 Buick Park Avenue and scouring Ebay for license plates.
Before you see him coming around the corner on set you'll hear him snapping his fingers and whistling to whatever song is stuck in his head that day.
Wesley received his BA in Religious Studies/Media Studies from Northeastern University.
Anthony Farenwald

Anthony Farenwald is a media artist and filmmaker who takes an approach to non-fiction that focuses on ethics, immersion and alternative modes of the audio-visual. His work seeks to represent experiences of wonder and the sublime, to promote connection & healing, and to question what lies beyond.
